do you have already made cakes ready for pick up?

currently, all cakes are custom and made to order. we do not have anything available for same-day pick up. there may be extras on hand during holiday pre-orders and special pop ups.

when should we reach out for an order?

please start filling out the order form at least two weeks before the desired pick up date to allow time for our correspondence. more time is always appreciated. we’ll do our best to accommodate all orders and do charge a rush fee for all orders finalized and placed under a week’s notice. for larger orders and securing specific dates/times, please reach out 1-3 months in advance!

what is your rush fee?

For custom orders finalized and placed under a week’s notice, the fee is an added percentage of the total order cost.

10-15% - 6 days before
20% - 5 days before
25% - 4 days before
30% - if 3 days before

Are you open and flexible on the cake and don’t want to pay a rush fee? Ask if we have any extra cakes available! Extra cake is limited and not always available, but if it’s there, we won’t charge a rush fee on it under a week’s notice~

when will we get a response to our order form?

please allow 48 hours from submission or up to 36 hours if submitted on a Friday. our response is slow over the weekend. if you don’t hear from us, be sure to check your spam folder as our emails usually end up there. no response still? please give us a nudge and DM on Instagram.

what’s popular✨?

we’re definitely known for our asian style sponge cake and fresh cream cakes! though if you want something sweeter, we also offer butter cake/buttercream combination if that’s your preference~
